I have substituted playing solitaire for what used to be my reading time. Really need to get back to reading as I've purchased numerous Kindle books recently.

I'm hoping that you will receive the card that I mailed this morning as I wrote the wrong street name (Curraway). Thought that I had corrected in my contacts. LOL

I have been doing more reading (and audiobooks) lately and it's reminded, yet again, of the joy of a good book.

I don't have any specific books that I reread at a particular time of year, but when I can't sleep I listen to Anne's House of Dreams. I think it's the best of the Anne of Green Gables series. That's probably a controversial position. Lol.

Can you believe I’ve only read the first book in the series?

Well, if I did reread books, Anne of Green Gables would certainly be at the top of my list. I just feel like there are too many good books that I haven't yet read for me to go back and read something I have. I am thrilled to have a reason that I have to stay in bed tomorrow and read because I, too, can lose myself in a book. Right now it is Enchanted April that has caught my attention.

I used to not reread books for the same reason but it’s so interesting to see how my views have changed with age and I can’t resist rereading. Take Anne of Green Gables-in an interview with the Guardian, @Margaret Atwood, she mentions she thinks Marilla’s is the bigger character arc in the books-as I am now closer to Marilla’s age than Anne’s, that fascinates me.
